Weeknotes 24:19
May 30, 2024
Week of May 19–25
Last week was very full so I missed writing a weeknote for the previous week.
- My youngest graduated from high school on Saturday.
- She performed “From the Start” by Laufey at the graduation banquet on Friday night. She did an awesome job and I think Laufey would be proud.
- All my kids were home as my oldest came home for the weekend to see her sister graduate. She also brought her two guinea pigs that she adopted at the beginning of March. It was great to have the whole family together for a few days.
- My dad drove to Chattanooga for the graduation. We enjoyed spending time with him and having him join the celebration.
- I attended her Chattanooga State Community College college orientation with my youngest on Tuesday. I enjoyed seeing more of the campus and being part of this special experience as she looks ahead to the Fall.
- I finished the last post about my trip to Barcelona and Budapest with my son. It took much longer than I would have liked to write the series and it became more challenging to write about the trip as more time passed since I returned home.
- I entered my third month of looking for a new job opportunity. It has been quite a challenge so far.
