NOOMA

One of my ministry partners here in Tulsa introduced me to NOOMA, short films that teach spiritual messages. I thought they were really well done. Pastor Rob Bell shares spiritual insights through these short films. But a lot of the message is in what is going on around him in the background of the film. I can see these being powerful with this generation.

I watched a couple one night and that is all I could handle. There is a lot to think about. Rob brings out the background of certain passages and makes the Word of God come alive. I have a friend that would like to do something similar using Campus Crusade for Christ’s Transferable Concepts.

I am staying with this family while her. They are very neat people and very generous. The wife went out and bought me all the NOOMA videos and a couple other books including Velvet Elvis by Rob Bell. I am looking forward to reading that one.
