Animation Inspiration – Vendredi Society

I was looking through the Inspirational Websites Roundup from codrops earlier today. I liked this animation on the Vendredi Society site.

One section will pin to the top of the viewport and begin to scale down and fade out as another section layers over the first section as it scrolls up from the bottom. I could see doing using this animation technique with more than 2 sections/cards.

You would have to limit the amount of text content or delay the next section/card from scrolling up right away if there was much content in the section that you want the user to read.
