Is it Time to Un-Sass?

Yesterday, I published my first article on CSS Tricks. As a reader of the site since 2009, it was a huge honor and privilege to share my voice on this long standing source for Web developers. I was approached back in June by Geoff Graham, the editor of CSS Tricks, asking me to consider writing for them.

An idea began to form in August after I attending the Front End Study Hall. I did not have an opportunity to answer the opening question about our experience with Sass. So I decided to not only answer the question but to put words to different ideas that I have been thinking about since earlier this year. I have been wondering, “Is it time to un-Sass?”

A huge thank you to Geoff. I enjoyed our first collaboration together. I really appreciated his encouragement not only to write in the first place during the edit of process of bringing this first article to life.
